BTC1 is under siege. The Nexarchs — ancient invaders obsessed with absolute order — came for the planet's Bitszen, the energy that sustains every civilization on the world. They assimilate entire species into the Hivemantle, a nightmare collective of the conquered.

Aiko stood alone. A farmer in seclusion, she held the first invasion back by herself. Then across BTC1, Bitszen began awakening ordinary citizens — each linked to a different blockchain, wielding abilities as vast as the networks they embody. Are these powers a gift… or a consequence of the invasion?

Together they formed BCSH Corp. — the coalition of the awakened. Every card in Hero Squad Showdown is one of these defenders. Every battle is a moment in the war for BTC1.

Volcanic Rift AIKO'S MAP

Fire +2, Water -2. The weakest card in each zone takes damage every turn. Aiko is immune — she survived the heat alone. On her map, she's unstoppable.

Genesis Fields NO.5'S MAP

All cards cost -1. No.5 deploys free and gains a unique passive: she heals 1 HP each turn. She was born here — the energy flows through her faster than anyone.

Frozen Wastes SENTINEL'S MAP

All cards cost +1 energy. Sentinel costs 0. His Golden Bulwark silences every enemy on the board. When everything freezes, Plan B is the only play.
